How To Know When Your Awesome Mix is Finally Finished
Whew! It’s been an intense 12 days of our Merry Mixing 101 series and I hope you’ve enjoyed it!
At Saturday Night Live, the sketches are ready when it’s showtime because if they had infinite time to write, they’d take forever.
In a similar fashion, this mix is done because the series and its allotted two hours are over. That’s the power of deadlines for you.
If you have no idea what I’m talking about and want to start at the beginning of our free mixing course, head on over here to check out the entire playlist where we walk through a mix from start to finish.
Today we are concluding the series with our 12th and final video.
We’ll be adding some mastering touches so that the mix sounds loud and competitive and I also walk you through all of the different things I could’ve done but didn’t this time around.
Click the video to watch the finale. It’s no show-stopping, series-ending Mandalorian finale, but I hope you’ve found the entire series useful.
If you picked up any fun tricks throughout the series, leave a comment on the video to let me know!
Before you check out the video, I want to make sure you know that tomorrow is the last day to get my new book, You Get What You Give, for only $0.99.
It’s a no-brainer deal that I’m probably losing money on, but I want to make sure it’s available to as many people as possible because I truly believe that the ideas inside can change your life for the better.
Here’s what an early reader had to say about the book recently:
“This is a must-read for any engineer who wants to save years of struggle. But Bjorgvin tells a readable, relatable story with lessons that will help you no matter your aspirations. You could apply his advice to turn any deep-rooted interest into a true, ultimately profitable passion project. Ultimately, this becomes a book about succeeding at life.” –Tom Knauer
Get the new book right here for only $0.99 before the price goes up.
